The theatre is available for hire and is  regularly used by external companies to stage plays and shows and for exhibitions and meetings. We also hire sections of the theatre for private functions. The theatre has a fully licensed bar and a rehearsal room. All requests for hiring should be made to Bernard Jones (01626) 863085 with requirements and times of hire. Due to the busy nature of the theatre, early bookings are essential.

Over the years the theatre has been fortunate to be able to purchase its own lighting and sound system. This means we are able to save money as we do not have to hire in equipment which would reduce the profit made on each play. We have found that we can hire this equipment out with the assistance of our electricians and provide lighting and effects to local dramatic societies who perform in Town Halls and other theatres without their own lighting equipment.

We have been able to re-invest the revenue from the hire charges, purchase more equipment and upgrade our lighting and sound systems.
